"A sketchy website that raises concerns..."
This site feels really dodgy and makes you wonder how they manage to get hold of customer card info for charges. I've switched my card a couple of times, yet they keep attempting to bill me from various unfamiliar sites. They definitely need a thorough investigation and should be put out of business.

"Beware of sphtcsg.com and Its Ties to Five9"
The site sphtcsg.com has its Whois info locked up tight. But if you're feeling adventurous and decide to click around, you might end up at app.five9.com. They've got a lot of privacy measures in place on their Whois report. Now that I've figured out the connection, I want nothing to do with this so-called 'company.'

Thanks to a transfer cycle, my bank was lucky (or maybe not) to block a $39.99 charge from sphtcsg.com, which is linked to five9. This charge happened while I was out cold in bed.

Since app.five9.com appears to be running this sketchy site, I'm counting on you to help me address what feels like an attempted theft, probably some kind of probing attack. If I uncover any evidence that five9 is behind this site, I’ll make sure to take every legal step possible and involve every federal agency that might care about a big company ripping off citizens and adding to our financial woes.

"How did they get my info?"
This company keeps charging my card without my consent. I have no clue who they are or where they come from. Had to cancel my bank card twice and then reach out to them to get the charges reversed.

"Dishonest Practices and Awful Support"
This business is a total scam. I joined as a reseller affiliate, brought in a client, and they never paid me a dime. They stopped responding to my calls and emails altogether. They kept saying they were investigating the issue, but it’s been months now, and the client has already paid. Still, no one will pick up the phone or reply to a simple email.

Then I had to deal with their customer support, which is just atrocious. They won’t even give straightforward answers to basic questions and act like they’re above everyone else, making you feel like you’re the fool.

I really thought this was a genuine company because of their pricing and size, but they operate like some sketchy, fly-by-night outfit.

"VOIP Issues Galore"
These soft phones are always acting up. You might find yourself uninstalling them about once a month, and when it comes to updating your Mac OS to the newest version, they’ll just say that a company worth 5 billion bucks doesn’t back a scheduled OS release that rolls out every year. I just can’t wrap my head around how this is an issue for such a big player in the game.

"My experience with Five9 has been quite positive..."
I've had a pretty good run with Five9. The main hiccup I've noticed is the Chat integration with the NetSuite adapter. The adapter itself was fantastic, but I kept hearing that the integration was on the way, and it still hasn't materialized. Aside from that, the support from Five9 is really nice to deal with!

Lately, some problems popped up after an update that led to major troubles.

They tackled the issues, but the effects were pretty substantial.

I still firmly believe that Five9 is top-notch and I’m a strong supporter of Five9.
